| Simply Strong - Full-body muscle conditioning, strengthening and re-shaping the body, utilizing tubing, exercise bands, weights, and body resistance. Strength training has also been proven to increase bone density and increase the metabolisim, which speeds up the weight loss process. If you' have never lifted a weight in your life, you will be able to participate in this class. |
| Mind/Body/Relaxation: Pilates - Based on Joseph Pilates work, Pilates strengthens the core, improves balance, and increases flexibility using a series of very specific exercises. Yoga - Through mindful breathing (Pranayama) and a series of poses (Asanas) Yoga prepares the body for it's spiritual path. Yoga conditions the body so that the mind can practice meditation without obstacles. Hatha yoga, the purest form of Yoga is the practice of breathing and meditation. Partnered with Vinyasa Flow, gives the student a well-rounded Yoga practice. |
