Fitness Classes:

Cardio Boxing - Authentic kickboxing techniques, using kicks, punches, and sports-style drills to get your heart rate up so you can burn calories. Guaranteed to sweat and shed those extra pounds!



Cardio Jam - Traditional easy to follow low impact aerobics dance class.

Step Aerobics - This class combines routines using a Step bench* to increase strength, power, and coordination, with toning exercises to boost metabolism.



Simply Strong - Full-body muscle conditioning, strengthening and toning utilizing tubing, exercise bands, weights, and body resistance. If you've never lifted a weight in your life, you will be able to participate in this class.



Mind/Body/Relaxation:

Pilates - Based on Joseph Pilates work, Pilates strengthens the core, improves balance, and increases flexibility using a series of very specific exercises.

Yoga - Through mindful breathing (Pranayama) and a series of poses (Asanas) Yoga prepares the body for it's spiritual path. Yoga conditions the body so that the mind can practice meditation without obstacles. Hatha yoga, the purest form of Yoga is the practice of breathing and meditation. Partnered with Vinyasa Flow, gives the student a well-rounded Yoga practice.



Dance:

African/Brazilian Dance - Fun, expressive dynamic dance moves performed to hot, percussive African and Brazilian rhythms.



Ballet - Classical style dance increases strength and flexibility while toning and shaping the entire body.

Belly Dance - Twisting, hip bumps, drops, shimmies, and Egyptian arms strengthen and tone the body.

Hip Hop - Funky hip moves to the latest and hottest sounds of the hip hop industry.

Nia - Free-moving, self expressive dance incorporating aspects of martial arts, jazz, modern dance.

Salsa - Hot Latin-style dance moves guaranteed to burn lots of calories.

Specialty Classes:

Simply Fit offers specially formatted classes designed to meet the specific needs of children, teens, seniors, and pre- and post-natal participants. These classes may be requested at no additional fee.
